Asian-Inspired Meatballs

The baked, Asian-inspired meatballs are a great way to add variety to your ground beef recipes. They taste great, maintain their moisture, and require zero frying. That’s right — they’re baked, which means minimal oversight required. Pair with rice or grain of choice and a veggie!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb ground beef (I used 88% lean) — you could do this with any lean:fat ratio, or even chicken or turkey.

  • 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce

  • 1 tbsp Sriracha

  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos (could substitute with soy sauce)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl. Mix together until all the ingredients are combined.

  2. Roll into even sized meatballs and evenly disperse on a lightly greased baking sheet.

  3. Bake at 350 for ~40 minutes.

Makes 10 medium-sized meatballs. Nutrition facts per meatball:
